Evidence Base: Preclinical onlyβin vivo mouse studies with intraperitoneal dosing (25β50 mg/kg twice daily).
Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water β ~ 1.67 mg/mL concentration.
Murine dose range: 1250β2500 mcg daily (for a 25 g mouse), administered in two divided doses.
Easy measuring: At 1.67 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL β 16.7 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Storage: Lyophilized: β20 Β°C (β4 Β°F); reconstituted: 2β8 Β°C (35.6β46.4 Β°F).
